2. How to install the Audio MP3 WAV WMA OGG Converter?
If you have not downloaded the software, download it from here. Double click the executable setup package to install it and follow the prompts.

3. How can I use it?
Please do exactly according to the following steps,
Step 1. After installing the Audio MP3 WMA OGG Converter, you may launch it from "Start up" -> "Programs" -> "ACE-HIGH MP3 WAV WMA OGG Converter".
Step 2. When the software is launched, click the right tabbed window. For example, if you want to convert MP3 to WAV, please click the tabbed window "MP3 to WAV".
Step 3. Click the "Add ..." button to add MP3 files into the list.
Step 4. Click the "Convert" button

4. Why can't it convert my WMA files?
Our software does not convert protected WMA files. To convert the WMA files, please make sure you may play it on your computer and the WMA file(s) are not copyright protected! And please make sure that the Windows Media Format codec is installed on your computer. If not, please download from here and install it to your computer.

5. Why can't I find the converted WMA files?
Please enter the options dialog to see what's your destination output folder. For example, if you are converting WMA to MP3, you should see the MP3 output folder. Then enter the output folder for the converted files.
If there are no converted files in the output folder, please see the above question 4.

6. Why the converting procedure is very quick and get no result?
Please see the above question 4.

7. I have lost my code, how can I get it again?
Please send an email to sales@wma-converter.net with order id, email address, register's name included. You'd better include the order receipt in the email.

8. If I purchase this program, how much do future upgrades cost?
This is shareware for one-time registration fee only. It's free to upgrade.

9. How to order with other currency (not US dollars)?

1. On PC: "Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX', 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when I try run the CD to MP3 Ripper.

Download and install setup-ocx.exe.

2. When ripping CDs to WMAs, why the WMA files are of very small sizes (only several K bytes)?

3. How to rename the default tracks' names?
Double click each item to edit it.

4. When I go to run the program, I get an "error starting program" message. The error message says "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found." How do I?

download the VBRuntime Library and install it on your computer.

5. When I launch the software, it shows the message "component WMAEncX.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered, a file is missing or invalid.". How do I fix this?

Please download and install WMFDist.exe

The unregistered version is free to try, it will allow 10 conversions for each type. For example, you may convert 10 mp3 files to wav files, 10 mp3 files to wma files, 10 wav files to mp3 files, and so on. If you want to convert WMA files, you must install the Windows Media Format codec 9.0 on your computer. The setup package downloaded from this website included the codec package already. When you install the software, it will ask if you would like to install the codec, you must click the "Yes" button.

Sometimes, the software can not convert WMA files to mp3/wav/wma files. Or the procedure goes very quickly and you can not find the converted files anywhere. If this occurs on your computer, it may because that your WMA files are protected. Our converter can't and won't decrypt protected WMA files for copyright reason.
